My work focuses on building systems that support diverse stakeholders in evidence-based decision-making toward advancing more equitable and sustainable public health policies and practices. I bring over a decade of experience in global and public health research, with deep expertise in program evaluation, quality improvement, and access to care. I am a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and CHW Instructor in the state of Texas, as well as a certified Popular Education Trainer-of-Trainers (ToT). I am deeply committed to centering community voices in the design and evaluation of health programs. Outside of work, I enjoy journaling, traveling, and engaging in community-based initiatives.
